Xperts Referral is an online Expert matching platform exclusively dedicated to facilitating matching of clients with different experts in Kenya. The platform is designed solely for matching experts to clients aimed at providing services the experts are proficient in within Kenya
By accessing or using the Xperts Referral platform, users explicitly agree to abide by these terms of service. Users provide their consent by signing up for an account, using the platform, or requesting for expert services on the platform.
Clients and Organizations in need for expert services may use Xperts Referral. Experts anc clients must complete the registration process as outlined on the platform to participate fully.
Xperts Referral collects and processes user data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. User data is stored securely and used only for purposes related to platform operations.
Disputes arising from the use of Xperts Referral will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with the applicable jurisdiction and governing law specified in these terms.
